5<\/span><\/span><\/span> huevos<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2<\/span><\/span><\/span>0<\/span><\/span><\/span>0 g de az\u00facar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1 cucharada <\/span><\/span><\/span>sopera<\/span><\/span><\/span> de maicena<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2<\/span><\/span><\/span>0<\/span><\/span><\/span>0 g de almendras <\/span><\/span><\/span>molidas<\/span><\/span><\/span> o harina de almendras<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

250 g de calabazate (calabaza confitada)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Se<\/span><\/span><\/span>paramos<\/span><\/span><\/span> las claras de las yemas, <\/span><\/span><\/span>batimos <\/span><\/span><\/span>las claras a punto de nieve y mezcla<\/span><\/span><\/span>mos<\/span><\/span><\/span> con el az\u00facar. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Tostamos<\/span><\/span><\/span> las almendras, se muelen <\/span><\/span><\/span>y<\/span><\/span><\/span> mezcla<\/span><\/span><\/span>mos <\/span><\/span><\/span>con las claras batidas <\/span><\/span><\/span>y a\u00f1adimos <\/span><\/span><\/span>la maicena con movimientos envolventes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

R<\/span><\/span><\/span>allamos el <\/span><\/span><\/span>calabazate <\/span><\/span><\/span>y lo mezclamos con las yemas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Forramos un molde con papel vegetal <\/span><\/span><\/span>y e<\/span><\/span><\/span>xtendemos una capa de masa de claras en el molde y encima echamos con cuidado la <\/span><\/span><\/span>mezcla<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b>de yemas con calabazate y por \u00faltimo volvemos a poner encima, cubriendo el calabazate con yemas, el resto de mezcla de claras.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pone<\/span><\/span><\/span>mos en el horno precalentado a 170\u00ba durante 4<\/span><\/span><\/span>5<\/span><\/span><\/span> minutos. Una vez que la hayamos desmoldado espolvoreamos con az\u00facar glass.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
